So IIUC your argument is that what do you do as a landholder when actually land development is forbidden/restricted because the absence of certain developments actually what provide the value ?
I have no idea what georgists would say about that. My guess is that being a the holder of such land would work as luxury/status-signal because you are only incurring the cost of the land and no/low revenues from it

There's a bit of fringe-political subculture worth knowing here. Most self-proclaimed antifascist groups in Europe are made up of leftists who side with the Palestinians, and in Germany that scene has a long history of friction with old-school "anti-imperialists", often fairly authoritarian communists. The "antideutsche" current grew out of a rejection of exactly that, dating back to reunification in 1990, when part of the radical left decided the real danger was Germany itself. It started as a mostly intellectual critique, but in practice it came to mean waving the Israeli flag at every opportunity and giving grief to anyone in a keffiyeh.
I guess this must be extremely subjective because for 15 years now in my country the far-right has been "on the rise" and all the politicians, and a lot of the media, now only talk about the immigration, the immigration and all the "normal" right-wingers, centrists and even soft left try to compete for being the one who will say the least "politically correct" thing, that is something about how immigration is not compatible with our culture or something. The right-wing party has split and one part is now allied with the far-right party.
My impression is that the overton window has gone further and further to the right so chacun voit midi à sa porte
Plenty of people restrict their account to require that you too have an account to see their posts. A link to Bluesky often feels like roulette on whether I can see a post or not.
It isn’t as egregious as other sites but it’s still restrictive.
I don't have the same animosity against web fonts but yes I realized I could just do that on Firefox and I appreciate relying on the same font across web pages. I don't feel like I am missing out on much and aesthetically I like the idea of reusing what I already have instead of downloading a new font on every page
