There's no physical reason "smartest/most capable model" should be "most yappy model". Smart people can write concisely. It's unfortunate you have to tolerate/fight yappiness to get intelligence with current SotA models.

Since they're clearly a warhammer 40k fan, a recent discovery of mine for mini painting: artist gouache or artist watercolor are awesome for pin-lining and recess shading the way oil paint or enamels are often used for those tasks, but only water is needed instead of white spirit. And they're indefinitely "editable" with a damp brush / qtip. The only downside is that you need to varnish to seal the watercolor before painting over it. A black and a burnt umber alone will get you really far. Make sure the gouache or watercolor use a gum arabic binder.
The acrylic will set. Water will indefinitely reactivate gum arabic binder paints (gouache, watercolor) including a wet brush full of acrylic. The watercolor will move and blend with your acrylic. Nifty if it's what you intend, annoying if you liked where the watercolor was.

At this point, Hamas’s stories are meant to feed Israel’s hunger for annihilating Gaza. Luckily we have records of the peaceful religion and translations of what their head figures say and think, in many places around the world, throughout history, along with their acts, and luckily not only by christians or catholics (in the sense that that shows us without a bias), and still going on today. In fact we have more than 1.000 years of history to confirm. While the left and its love for erasing history (goes back to Stalin's photoshopping pictures before there was photoshop) to make itself look good goes very well with Islam's political games. An observation from a year ago: people on AI text RPG subreddits saying they had a lot of difficulty with Gemini role playing ambiguous characters and that almost always the characters would betray them, or misread the human role player's motives as negative. I started chewing mastic gum a few years ago as a jaw-shape maintenance measure. An encouragement for anyone who's curious about it: I like the taste and stiff texture of mastic more than normal gum these days.
The looksmaxxing thing is a real reason mastic gum as a jaw workout is promoted. Won't deny that.
My use of it comes from early 2010s era paleo-food community observations about hunter gatherers having less crowded jaws than agriculturalist and modern peoples, hypothesized to be due to both micronutrient intake and also eating tougher foods. Cramped jaws and facial structures lead to both malocclusion and also nasal breathing issues, and mouth breathing also reinforces those pathological facial changes. Granted, this stuff is from sources that I've heard wildly varying opinions on (Weston A Price; Mike Mew). Jaw and facial structure continues to change into adulthood. I needed extensive orthodontics in my youth and have struggled with sleep apnea in adulthood. This broad set of hypotheses made sense to me, and chewing mastic gum was the easiest way to get a full dose of "chew tougher food" in my life. I try to snack on raw carrots too.
Speaking to attractiveness, there's an uncomfortable photo of identical twins in one of the Weston Price books, one given orthodontic treatment that widened their facial structure and one was not. The one with the widened facial structure was more attractive. The difference wasn't gigantic, but it wasn't small either.
I'm just hear to commiserate with the only person I've come across online in decades mentioning Weston A Price and his book of dental studies, which no doubt dates us. it originated way earlier as a way to help people who have naturally small nasal passages. i guess both mewing and chewing help widen passages. The book breath goes into details but from the perspective of health and not looks. This has been known for like 100 years but mostly dentists payed attention to it.
The fact is mewing and chewing do make a measurable difference…over time. Tiktok promotes extremes as they get more views and the more extreme the more views in a cycle of escalation. This gave birth to sad boys who see the Toyota chivalre’s and think they need the same jawline. Similar sad nonsense has been going on for women too but that has unfortunately become all but normalized.

Thats also partially because they were told fillers dissolve and to keep getting them, when actually fillers migrate and continue to absorb water and grow, leading to puffy "pillow face".
What machine and mask do you have? I had a bad CPAP experience 2017ish and navigating sleep apnea treatment with ADHD kinda sucks. I got a recent sleep study done, but the doctor's office seems like a sales farm for a specific CPAP brand/model and they aggressively steered me away from an oral appliance.
I understand your pain. One of the cruel realities of ADHD is how difficult it makes doing the things needed to help you treat it. I honestly just went with whatever my doctor/insurance gave me. Its a Luna G3X and my insurance uses a company called BetterNight. They have been fine so far, but I know there are also companies you can use that don't take insurance that I have generally heard are better to work with if you are okay with not using insurance. Lofta was what was recommended to me by a coworker.
Thank you for the report and the empathy! Insurance is a mixed bag. Great if they pay for a $4k oral appliance. Not great if them paying for a CPAP is conditional on hitting the initial usage compliance targets, or they dictate specific machines.
Resmed 10 series are super hackable. Don't get a 11 The 11 is just a cost saving revision. Masks are very individual but a lot of providers will do free exchanges.
I suspect the nitpicking helps engagement metrics and it doesn't harm RLVF outcomes, so there's just not good signal against it.
